We have created an aviation subdivision where pilots can live the dream of being with their plane.
Leonard Firth has been a pilot for 50+ years. He has ratings as an airline transport pilot with multi and single-engine land with numerous type ratings, commercial single-engine sea, and lighter-than-air balloon pilot. Leonard is also an aircraft mechanic and holds his A&P license and has his IA authorization.
Pamela Mackey has been flying since 1999 as a single-engine land pilot and dreams of getting a seaplane rating and tail dragger certification soon.

The weather in this part of Texas is generally very temperate in the winter. There is generally no snow and very few days with temperatures in the 30s.
If you like big city entertainment and shopping, Houston and Katy are within an easy drive.
If you like rural living, we are in the first place west of Houston off Interstate 10 with cows and agriculture.
